I looked into it a little, but not that much. Getting dimensions on different products isn't that easy unfortunately.

Alright guys, I just got the final quote back from the manufacturer this morning. And I just sent of the purchase order to them. So, we got the revision done to the sway bar and they are on order! Lead time is quoted as 6 weeks, but they've gotten them done faster in the past. Hopefully that'll happen again. I'll keep you updated as I get more information.

I think I'd be interested in two bars, once I order my VW springs. My garage is such a mess I can't do any installs until next spring. My window of outdoor work wound down this week. Rain and cold, both which I dislike.

Okay guys, the new sway bars are now in stock again! I just picked them up the other night. They look pretty good.

Here is the biggest visual change. The outside weld was unnecessary so it was removed. Ironically this made them a little more expensive... but I am keeping the price the same and even giving a black friday / cyber monday discount to you guys! If you order in the next couple days (probably until Monday night) you can get $15 off as these are normally $174.99.

Rear Sway Bar - $174.99 shipped

What changed? The pipe doesn't go right through the mount plate now, it's butted up against it? I'm interested in one but am gonna hold off til spring. I kinda want to see if I can find common sway bar that's easily adaptable. But I probably will forget or get busy by then and just buy one of yours.

The biggest change was that the alloy of the tube steel was changed to lengthen the life of the sway bar. Also the outside weld was removed as it was not needed for strength. This also eliminates the plastic plug and will improve corrosion resistance.

Nice! Still haven't installed my replacement yet because the VW springs block the bolt holes, but maybe in spring ill remove the springs to get it in there
