So i still had some extra cloth from my subwoofer box and was thinking... since its hot here in Philippines i managed to create my own cover.
the picture shows the very first step. but will update this thread once done

I have a black cloth about half the size of the one in the picture of the first post. I store it in the side of driver's door.
When the sun shines brightly onto the dashboard, I use it to cover the driver side dashboard.
Doing that gets rid of the reflections and thus drastically clears up the view forward.

Things needed...
1. Cloth for the dashboard youll be using. (others used paper to make their pattern)
2. Masking tape
3. Marker or Pen
4. Determination haha since i really need this!
1. So to get the front end shape of the dashboard heres what i did. i put the cloth on top of the windshield and followed the black border from the bottom when cutting. iI doesnt matter if its not that straight. You may use some masking on the top of the cloth to avoid it from sliding from the winshield.
note: i cut it this way because its hard to make the outline from the inside and my arm would leave some marks on my winshield and i hate to clean it again. hehe

2. once you're done cutting, put it on top of your dashboard and push the cloth forward to fit. now youll notice some excess from the left and right. so heres what youll do.
press the corner until it fits, then use your pen or marker to make the pattern then cut. make sure press the cloth to get the exact shape of the dash.
after cutting the excess from the edge and the front it should look like this.

3. I did the same thing for the A/C vents, the odometer and HU panels. Just make sure to press the cloth, you'll feel it as to where you have to make the outline on its corners since the cloth im using was a bit thin.
its hard making this pictures as i dont have others to help hehe
now it should look like this...

4. For the passenger airbag just to the same and follow the pattern from the dashboard.
5. Next is the front vents of the dashboard. now what youll need here is a shorter type of marker or pen since its a bit tight when making the outline. just press the corners then make the outline. and heres the outcome

Eggman (04-08-2016)
and heres my DIY dashboard cover.
im also planning to get a velcro to use underneath the cloth and put some on top of the dash but just a very small velcro on the side and the front so that it'll not move.
now that i got a pattern i could easily make another one using a different cloth. but im still thinking of whats the best material to use to reflect heat on the dash. if you have any ideas feel free to add or comment. thanks.

Nice writeup. The cloth you used reminds me of a wool blanket.
