    Interior Lighting

    Hi,
    The mirage comes with close to no lighting, anyone know where I could purchase interior lighting and the corresponding hardware to make it work? I'm interested in the extra the offer at the dealership for the trunk lighting and the footwell lighting, want this all in white LED's.
    Cheers

    Hi swainey32 - hopefully one of our owners will be able to help out.

    Did you get yourself a new Mirage? How are you liking it? (Aside from interior lighting & sound system )

    I have trouble lining the key up with the key slot due to lack of light so I stuck glow in the dark sticker
    around the key entry. I like the idea of LED lighting so I'll check it out as well.
    Don't forget that if you set the light switch to the middle position it will turn itself off after 10 seconds.
    Handy for getting in or out of the car at night.

    @nurse pinky
    That is the sole reason I choose the keyless entry with start button instead of a key.

    Where did you get this LED board from? and is it plug and play or did you have to modify it?

    personally i'm wanting to put LED strips underneath the dash and underneath the overhang for the center console but i'm not too keen on being the first to mess with wiring. and then i cant find any factory switches online maybe re-purposing a traction control switch would work. or i saw in the owners manual that some are equipped with heated seats so if i could get my hands on that switch it would be nicer since you could have two switches next to each other, one for the console and one for the foot wells.
