    Anyone know what it is?

    I'm gonna guess 4x100?

    46 actually. the oem alloy rim in the US is 14x4.5 46 offset with a 4x100 bolt pattern.

    56mm center bore diameter, as well. Same as 90's Honda Civics.

    I am sure they will. The Honda can get a bit more aggressive with the offsets, but all in all, there shouldn't be any problem

    Yes, Teggys use the same bolt pattern and center bore.

    The offset isn't nearly as important as backspacing. Offset is the distance of the hub from the center of the wheel. You can have the same offset, but different backspacing on two different wheels, depending on the width. Too much backspace results in contact with the wheelwell or suspension components.
