    Does the mirage cackle?

Hi, doing another modification to my mirage, currently looking to do a muffler change with something a little louder. Does the mirage by chance have any like cackle from deacelerating?

Nope. Has a really loud engine roar though..
Also sucks a lot of air for a 3 cylinder engine.
    Intake makes it 5x louder.

    it actually does backfire.

I have a cherrybomb muffler on mine in place of the stock muffler in the middle.

Never heard a crackle, or backfire from my cat-back exhaust. Just beautiful music

Hear what? The engine? It's extremely loud. I out reved a V8, people laughed.

Intake is also extremely loud. Take off the intake piping on the throttle body and you will see. I had a rental and did it for the day. CVT becomes very droney.

Love to see a video driving with it and how it sounds outside the car.

This is what it sounds like with the pipe removed off the throttle body:

Sounds much better with a nice intake and pod filter.
