UK: Mirage a vision of better things to come (thisisnottingham.co.uk)

A good review. Goes over the basics. Doesn't seem like this reviewer was whipping it around in the corners though (no complaints on handling haha).

    Likes:
    - No road tax
    - More cargo/boot space than outgoing Colt
    - Well planned cockpit
    - Good leg and headroom
    - Good fuel economy / low running cost

    Dislikes:
    - Engine is 'a tad noisy'

I agree with this being a good review. But what do they mean by " average residual value of 41%"
on the last line of the review. { as we say in QLD aust " Please Explain"]

I think they're referring to resale value after a certain number of years (probably 3 years). However, I wondered how can they know this now when the car is brand new on the market? Must be using a projection based on other Mitsubishi models.

    Pet peeve in this article:

All versions are also shod with low-friction tyres.
No they're not! They're shod with low rolling resistance (LRR) tires. It's a misconception that LRR tires are necessarily low grip. (Though perhaps these are.)
