Outlander cruise switch from taobao is fake parts. But it shall do its job.

Not sure if this is fake or not. Outlanders should be Made in China ones over there since there are parts and accessories sold on Taobao. Could be Mitsubishi part but made in China perhaps.

Too bad the mirage and Attrage are not sold there it seems.. No parts to be found on Taobao.

But either way it doesn't matter for our purpose. Just a few buttons and resistors in there.

Sorry for bumping an old thread

What happened with you, what part number did you use for the Switch ( I bought 8602A088 ) which didn't work after hours of testing. ( I did the programming already )

Adding pics of the ECM location for a LHD/Canadian 2014 Mirage. There is one big difference.

Main difference: this car has a stong metal protector plate (instead of the plastic "snail like" protector) bolted to the ECM chassis that makes it impossible to access one of the wire connectors without removing the ECM (which is a pain in the butt).

Daox says his 5-speed U.S. Mirage has the plastic protector.
