How to properly wire navigation system

Hello guys,

Recently i have bougt the pioneer avic f930bt navigation system.. i used the metra kit as seen in other threads.. works great!
I used an adapter(standard radio connector to ISO connector) and everything works fine.. except for the navigation.. it doesnt get a proper location..
I read that you need:
A speed puls.. this needs to come from somewhere
And a reverse puls.. for when you are in reverse
Is there anyone who has encounterd this problem?
I dont know where to get either of both signals from.

Pin 11 is for Speed
Pin 4 is for Reverse

How do you know this do you have a wiring diagram?
Not sure if i will get the right pins.. wich side is up.. what color are the wires? Thnx in advance..
