Looks like it is being converted into an R5-type rally car.

It shows the floor has been cut to make room for the 4wd drive-train.
Also better pic from the engine is found there. Can't figure out where it is from.

Looks like they are just swapping in the entire engine/transmission/radiator from another race car into the Mirage. Which explains the already beat up radiator.
