You want that outer diameter size as close to 70.6mm as you can get.
In the description of the set I posted it says they are:
    Wheel Center Bore Size: 70.5mm
    Vehicle Hub Size: 56.10mm

However the ones you posted have an option for the same thing in aluminum versus plastic for only a few dollars more. hmmm decisions decisions decisions...

Definitely go with those! I only looked at the auction title...which says they are 70mm?!?

I would buy the 70.5mm plastic ones vs slightly smaller metal ones. You really want them to fit snugly in the back of the wheel. You can always change to metal ones down the road if you find them in the right size.

Guys, Hub-centric rings are unnecessary unless these wheels require the older mag style lug nuts with washers. If they are tapered lug nuts like our cars come with then the only advantage to the hub-centric rings is to help center the wheel until you begin to tighten the lug nuts. The wheels are then held centered by the tension of the tapered lug nuts in the tapered holes in the wheels.

I agree completely. But for $10, I say get them for the convenience. With good hub rings the wheel is perfectly centered when you set it on the hub...so you can tighten the lugnuts with your fingers at that point.

But like you said...once the lugs are torqued properly, the rings don't serve a purpose and are not carrying any load.
