Modified the clockspring, donor cable is from outlander/asx's clockspring.
I bough cheap chinese copy and added the second row cable to original clockspring. On the ASX's cable, remove some small plastic notch on the upper pin and remove extra airbag pin on the lower pin.
Now I have full 10 pins for cruise control.

    That's great work
But you didn't need to, the clockspring from the outlander will work just fine, I tried it already.
The part number is : 8619A362, it can be found genuine & new for around $50 on eBay, or maybe you can try the ASX's part number : 8619A167 which can be found from china for around $11

I bought 8619A167, it's smaller than mirage's and has different type of clamp. The right one is 8619A362, I asked some sellers but it's no longer available.

Good to know, because I was planning to buy it after I saw your post
But I can confirm that part number : 8619A362 works perfectly on Mirage, but it has an extra airbag cable
I have 2 new ones if you are interested, but the shipping will take long time

Hello all, new to the forum. I bought a 2017 Mirage G4 back in November 2016 and it came without the feature that I really wanted the most besides A/C, cruise control. I looked at the aftermarket options, Rostra makes a kit for it. But it's the stalk type and would have to be mounted on the shroud around the steering column. I really don't think there's enough room for it and even if there was you wouldn't be able to see it for the steering wheel. So I stopped by the stealership that I bought it from on my way home from work just to see what the OEM setup would cost. The guy in the parts dept. couldn't find a listing for it so he had to call I'm assuming a Mitsu parts hub. They gave him the part number for just the switch that mounts on the steering wheel and told him that it was pretty much plug and play, the wiring for it was already there. So the parts guy called the service dept. and supposedly was told that it was 1.5 hours labor and no programming required. I thought to myself, this is great, all I need is the switch itself. So it's right at 200 bucks and is supposed to be there tomorrow. So I told him that I was going to do it myself if it was going to be that easy. But I get home and looked under the footwell where the clutch pedal is. There's no clutch disengagement switch there for it. So I called the parts dept. back and informed the guy about it. He was supposed to make a call and get back with me on it but hasn't yet. I was just wondering if anyone here has done it with the OEM switch/setup? I found a thread here that dealt with this issue. But I'm pretty sure it was for 2014/2015 models. And it may all be the same. Hopefully someone here has done it and can tell me how much trouble it is.
Just had the Rostra stalk unit installed in my girl's G4 for $560. Works like it came from the factory. Its an independent computer system too so no need to worry about it affecting the ECU.

I think 8619A361 will work, both are same except 8619A362 has extra unused cable.

I went to the dealership. They were unable to activate the cruise on the ETACs. They said the computer sees that it came from the factory without cruise. They got it enabled for a minute , however it wouldn’t let them save it... go figure

Don't trust the dealership, just buy a mini VCI cable off eBay, Download ETACS decoder, and change the coding it will work right away.
You need to change 2 values to > present (cruise control & cruise control coding) all in Engine ECU not ETACS

I think US cars are pre-wired for cruise, if not ? then you have to wire it
