Got the chance to do some early morning freeway driving this weekend. Got the 17 up to 130 kph / 80 mph.
Doesn't ride as smooth as my crown Victoria at 130 mph/ 209 .2 kph.
But it doesn't weigh 2+ tonnes with 1.75 " front and rear sway bars lol

I've had mine over 160km/h... once.
It's more stable than I thought it would be but certainly not a relaxing drive at that speed.
Will weld for beer.

Not supposed to do a lot of things but sometimes you just have to know...
conversions are good.
I noticed the car seems to "settle in" at 60 to 70mph providing a pretty smooth ride.
Will weld for beer.

130 in the 14 is certainly smooth enough, but perhaps my standards aren't so high hahahaha. Hit that today on the freeway. Was in the passing lane and forgot I was accelerating. Was at 130 for a while and didn't even notice.
It is as smooth as anything on the lower end I've driven.
Last year, when I went on a weekend trip, I was averaging 75-80mph. Averaged 37-39 mpg on a good 10 mile stretch until we got closer to a town. The car feels like it is 'floating' when a semi truck/truck speeds past you when you're going slower speeds. I'm assuming wider tires, a rear sway bar and slightly stiffer springs will cure that. Other than that, it drives the way it should.

I tested mine in a higway with no trafic and no wind... gave more than 180km h... And with a little incline almost 200...in a straight line.. .never to repeat again... Its stable but i dont feel confident above 160...the max legal limit is 120kmh.
In germany were there are no speed limit in some highways
