It'd be a 10 minute job in a machine shop.
I tried this with some steel kijiji wheels from an accent that I took the sellers work that the center bore was correct. I used the same method but gave up after half way through the second wheel. Using a tiny pancake air compressor didn't help things.
Hopefully aluminum goes faster, unless it plugs up your bit.
