Here is where they are and what they look like installed. The door is open AND the headlight switch is on in these pics.

The electrical connection for the console illumination is what Mitsubishi calls an 'interrupter harness' and is installed at the hazard light switch. The interrupter harness for the footwell lights is installed at the fuse box.

I installed both kits at the same time. I had to remove:

    -the instrument cluster bezel
    -the instrument cluster
    -the lower left dash panel
    -the lower left under-dash panel
    -the center heater vents
-the radio (no need to disconnect it, just set it on top of the dash)
-the climate controls (no need to disconnect it, put it inside the dash)
    -the OEM center armrest/box
    -the center console

It took about two hours, but I am sure I could do it in one if I ever had to do it again. It really isn't as daunting or complex as it may sound. Most of what needs to come out is held in place with clips or a couple screws.

Ok thanks. Did you have to drill holes to install the led’s? I definitely will be getting them. That’s the one thing I really dislike is how I can’t see the cup holders or foot wells when it’s dark. I’ve taken off the a/c heater vent, radio and bezel, fuse panel and under dash panel many times for the different mods I’ve installed. I’ve also taken out the center console for the arm rest so I’m pretty sure I can install the led’s fairly easy.

Yes, you have to drill holes. One for each LED. The kit will come with paper templates so you put them in the exact right place.

If you are handy and have disassembled parts of your dash with no trouble it should be pretty easy for you.

This week I got my big brake kit and my MTE37’s all installed and locked with a set of Volk Racing Formula lug nuts.
Brake calipers are from AP Racing. They are Pro5000r and AP Racing rotors. Bell and caliper brackets were custom made for the Attrage.
The whole brake kit fit in 15” wheels before I changed to Rays MTE37 in 16". Amazingly I Saved 4kg per wheel even though I went one size up to 16”.
Was 16kg with tires before and Now 12kg all in. Pick up has improved. Calipers and rotors are also lighter than stock. So both rotating weight and unsprung weight were reduced.

    MTE37 16x8jj offset 25:

That is one of the cleanest and well thought out wheel and brake setup I have yet seen on the Mirage. Those wheels are minty FRESH! Well played. Did I miss a post somewhere about a BBK. Earlier this year I did gobs and gobs of research trying to locate one. I came really close with R1 Concepts, but not quite.
edit: bah, custom made. shoulda read more closely...too excited.

    Thanks Qrush for the compliments
I didn’t post any topic on my BBK. It took them 3 times to get the brackets right.
This is with the previous 15” wheels and BBK.

I bought the lighted LED console light yesterday off of flea bay. It was only $35.00 with free shipping. Still looking for the foot well LED lights but haven't come across one cheap enough for me to buy yet.

Will the Lancer lighted LED foot well work? MZ603379EX. I don't want to buy it if it doesn't work. I sent the seller a question to see if it will work on the Mirage.

I added led body blinkers so I no longer have just the silly plastic inserts there.
