What did you do to your Mirage today?

Yeah, it looks more stock to me, is higher, and I really dislike the chrome and red bits on the old one

I have the same one as your old one, but with black instead of red stitching, fyi if you're interested I don't like the chrome either and I also wish it's higher, so your new one sounds nice!

I actually ordered the first one specifically because it showed black stitching in the pic, not the red in some other vendors pics. Of course it arrived with red stitching. I contacted the seller, but it was a big hassle to get me the correct one...

Finally got a chance to install my window vent shades. Got the oem ones from Mitsubishi. Cobrajet was right, ditch the instructions. Much easier if you can figure it out on your own. Lol. I really like these. Worth the money.

I cleaned my windows today. I washed my car 2 weeks ago and overall the exterior still looks ok but I don't like driving with dirty windows

I bought a Groupon for car detailing service. It's supposed to be a $150 service for only $40. I bought my car used and it has several scratches here and there. I'm hoping they can buff out some of the scratches...

Changed my Tint from Medium to Super black and the front is a Black Magic tint.

Fixed that shift bushing on my Fusion.....

If any of you know anyone who has one, it’s on the driver side under the coolant hose if you have a 1.5T. They fail a lot. And that was a royal PITA to replace. Really who designs something to fail at 97k miles....

I get my fun car back, and at least my mirage didn’t break. Haha.

I had to look up a 1.5l fusion. Didn't know that was a thing lol. Sounds like a rocket!

They aren't THAT fast.. Waiting on $ so I can throw a Livernois tune on it..WHP goes from 148 to 184 on 91 octane and torque goes from 168 to 246.

It's about 500 bucks. I don't drive it often because i only get 30mpg if I'm really nice to it. otherwise i maybe get 20-25.

ANYWAY I should probably stop committing sacrilege and stop mentioning the unreliable Ford on a Mirage forum

No, I had one of these sonics do the same thing out of the blue. It may be the same one? Maybe it has an aftermarket remote start installed in it. I've seen old ones go crazy.
That or a wonky ignition switch? Radio interference, aliens?

I have a buddy that had a winch on his pickup with a cheapo wireless remote control. He came out to it in a parking lot and some lady was waiting for him to let him know her keyless entry for her car was making his winch spool out.

I can't imagine seeing that happen...That's hysterical
