It's was a timing issue on my part. I try to do a change in like Nov before it get too cold and snowy. Then I have 6 + months to do the next one.

Lol yes, every dealership I’ve ever used does this, and every time I ask them to remove these when I buy the car, they refuse. I’ll eventually get a hair dryer out and peel it off. So annoying. It was a good dealership experience though, so I suppose I’ll give them the free advertising for a bit.

I request no dealership stickers prior to making the final purchase, & I have never been denied that.

My Mirage came with a White Bear Mitsubishi plate on front, but that was removed when my new Wisconsin plates came in the mail. It also came with a little white bear buckled into the center rear seat belt. The little white bear hung out there for a time.

Was the car ordered? The sticker was already in place when I test drove.

My Mirage came from one dealership, & it was sold/delivered to my home from a different one. It didn't have a dealership sticker on it per my request.

Those who know me surely don't need to read any further -

I don't visit a car dealership unless I know their OTD price first. I called Richard of White Bear Mitsubishi in October of 2017, & I inquired about their $9,500 Mirages. Richard had emailed me his personal cell phone number & asked what he needed to do to sell me a car. I stewed on that for quite some time before calling him. Even though he was sold out of discounted 2017 ES manuals by the time I called him, Richard's response was "if you finance with Ally, I will get you one for $9,000 instead of $9,500). That was our negotiations over the phone. At that point, I hadn't even sat in a Mirage.

Mad City Mitsubishi wanted $13,800 OTD the door for a 2018 ES manual (I used it for a test drive). In October of 2017, I asked Mad City Mitsubishi if they were interested in finding me a highly discounted 2017 ES manual after test driving their 2018 ES manual (only difference was backup camera & Bluetooth became standard in 2018/some of which was federally mandated). They told me they were NOT interested in doing that for me.

I called Richard (general manager) back on his personal cell phone the next day (during my prep period at school). Richard asked for my top three color choices. About an hour later, I received an email from him. He found my 2017 Mirage ES manual in my 1st color choice at another Mitsubishi dealership in the Twin Cities area. Since the car already had Bluetooth, factory center arm rest, & pulse light installed at the factory, he asked if I was willing to pay $9,299 for it. I didn't qualify for any of the 3 different $500 rebates at the time. Since he was delivering it to my driveway 4 hours away, I wasn't going to bicker over $299. Plus, it was my first color choice! This conversation happened on Tuesday. It was in my driveway with a salesman & another employee with the salesman's car on Saturday morning. Those two drove 8 hours that day. We did the paperwork on my kitchen table, & they handed me the keys. I paid $9,299 for a car that had a window sticker price of $14,220. Closing costs were approximately $854 ($10,153.73 OTD).

I only share this to show some dealerships are better than others! No dealership sticker on my car, but I did get a small White Bear. Want to meet Richard (he owns the dealership now) & the White Bear - It's worth a look (3.8 million views) if you want a good chuckle!

There were dealer stickers already on all the new Mirages we bought at work. When I picked up the latest 2 cars I told them to keep the license plate frames they were gonna put on cause they're gonna go in the garbage anyways.

I know of one dealer that would put their stickers back on a truck they sold when it went back in for warranty work lol That happened twice in a row lol.

You got Japanese baseball team decals lol. Very cool. I'd slap a Rising Sun bumper sticker on there too.

When it's a all you know there's nothing like dropping a V8 into a Veedub in January, outside, during a storm

ETA: I poked a couple small holes in the edge of my headliner and a hole in the passenger visor. I'm trying to figure out the best way to fix it w/o replacing anything.
