I like the central armrest. Is it a genuine Mitsubishi part?

The cargo rack is made by Thule for Mitsubishi especially for the Mirage. It is very nicely engineered. Quality. Glad I went with it over less expensive aftermarket rack.
Have yet to use it. I will be pushing the weight limit a bit with two kayaks.
The rack can take it, it's just that Mitsubishi limits the weight carried on the roof. I believe all will fine.
I purchased at mitsubishipartsnow.com in Florida. Great prices on Mitsu parts/accessories.
The 2 pair of folding j-cradle kayak carriers were purchased off Amazon for $99 plus shipping. I will post brand later.
