    Yesterday I applied some bitumen to my car, lot of work, but definitely worth it!
    The car is almost as quiet as our 2015 mondeo.
    I did the floor and all the doors.

    Before(dont mind the wiring):

    After I was done:

    In total it cost me 2 afternoons, so a total of 8-10 hours.

Turns out, after you do that, the rear seats in the hatch end up paying down completely flat, at the same height as the raised trunk floor with the storage compartment.
    That looks pretty good. I'd look into one of those storage compartments but it might not work with the Rockford Fosgate subwoofer.

    Has anyone here tried fitting the trunk storage box with the RF subwoofer?

    After 6 months, this car still continues to impress me.

    The lower seat cushion just pulls out, then the folding seatbacks lay down flatter. You have to yank the lower cushion in a specific location to release the clips. See ...

    Super easy - the rear seat bottom lifts up & out. Give a good tug on the front corners and you'll see. Underneath is the fuel pump access.

    I just saw the pics. Looks great but I had it in my head it was like the Spark's design. The bench seat pulls up and sits behind the front seats. Lol it would of blown my mind if that was a feature and I never knew.

    PityOnU - I was a seat design engineer for Toyota. The Rear Seat Cushion (the part that is sat on), that I designed (and this is fairly common), had some rods that form a sort of hook shape the stuck out the rear up under the Rear Seat Back (could not be seen in normal install position. And then there were 2 wire shapes that stuck downward into some clips in the floor.

    Pop those 2 from hooked wires out vertically, and the seat slid forward and removed. Probably the same in the Mirage. It does look spacious with the Rear Seat Backs folded horizontally. I'll remember this if I'm ever needing those seat to fold flatter down.

    Edit - I missed this page of replies. Seems the above was already answered.
