Is a horn relay required?

ok i got it sorted,

i changed a new relay and its working now!

But i did change how the grounds are connected. I separated each ground, 1 horn ground to itself same on the other horn, then the ground from the relay to the engine bay body.

Hehe its sounds better now!

BTW i used a 15amp fuse with the relay and 10amp in the fuse box
