    Valvoline CVT Fluid

I'm planning on draining the CVT fluid and changing both filters on my 2014 that has 67k miles. After looking at the price OEM CVT fluid prices it made me think about using Valvoline to save some cash.

I know folks in this forum have used Valvoline but I just need to confirm if any issues came up as a result of not using OEM fluid.

By the way, how many quarts of CVT fluid do I need if the drop the pan and replace both filters?

Today I stopped by Advanced Auto Parts to pick up some touch up paint and I was curious to see how much their Valvoline CVT Fluid and I it was 10.99 /qrt. Asked the guy behind the counter if they will beat Walmart's price ($7.58) and he said sure -- how's $6.99 sound? I said I'll it take. I took home 5 quarts hopefully this is enough for dropping the pan and changing both filters.

Both filters and pan gasket are on order from Cobra Transmission.
