Yeah, shipping something that big from WA to FL wouldn't be cheap!

That is kind of a weird height adjustment mechanism. I think the first Mirage that I drove had it, but I didn't think about it at the time. When it came time to buy, I just wanted a 5-speed, a color that I didn't hate, low mileage and the right price.

How much adjustment is there, though? Is it enough to warrant seeking out a seat from salvage? I'd like to see something like 2" lower.

    Simplify and add lightness.

Would it be possible to take a aftermarket heated seat kits and use the existing wiring?

My 2019 ES 5 speed hatchback is sadly not prewired for heated seats. I'll look at an SE next time I'm at the dealer and see if that is.

Interesting. Is the plug under the console ready either?

I haven't popped that open yet to look. Got discouraged after not finding the plugs under either seat.

In 2019, there are 4 trim levels ES, LE, SE, & GT (listed from lowest to highest).

Heated seats are offered with LE & GT trim levels, not the SE. Just trying to save you a little time.

Oh I know they come on the nicer two, I'm just curious if the SE is wired for them.

The two most expensive trim levels (nicer) are the SE & GT. ES & LE are the cheaper trim levels, but the LE has heated seats.

    ES - no heated seats
    LE - has heated seats
    SE - no heated seats
    GT - has heated seats

I'm almost tempted to just wire them up myself. Have to find a wiring diagram somewhere though.
