    Aftermarket roof spoiler

I bought and mounted an aftermarket roof spoiler, because mine came without.
To me it looks exactly like the original, and was not difficult to put on, and btw, it came perfectly painted in vehicle color.
Why did I buy this one? The OEM part is very much more expensive!

This is the exact search term / which was entered in the search bar:

Painted For Mitsubishi Mirage 6th Hatchback OE Trunk Spoiler 2015 ES RF

The OE spoiler was designed not for appearance but for aerodynamics. I hope it works that way for you and that you are able to document an improvement in fuel economy.

I also hope you are able to post some pictures.

I had hoped to see an improvement in aerodynamics, but although I do lots of highway driving, it hasn't made any noticeable impact.
It looks exactly like the OEM product.

Brake light included? I hope it was easy to hook up.

Nice! It's possible that this spoiler looks exactly like the OEM spoiler because it actually is made by the exact same original equipment manufacturer. Most parts on any car are made by sub-contractors and not by the car company themselves. These sub-contractors are free to sell the same part as a third party supplier.

Same spoiler, made by the same company Mitsubishi sub-contracted with for the factory spoiler, but without the expensive Mitsubishi box!

Nice grab. We do love economy.
I would like to find a different style spoiler though just to change the look a bit.
    Will weld for beer.

I wanted to get the same spoiler as the OEM but I flatly refuse to pay through my nose! I had the same thought it could be from the true OEM company. In this case from Taiwan, an excellent product!

Looking for that spoiler, I came across quite a few different-looking ones from China, all angled upwards as to mimic formula one style. Not what I wanted! I prefer to reduce, not increase drag.

Interesting. Would you please share some links to these? I'm sure there would be some interest in them here on the forum.
