Youngstown OH: Motorcycle Camper Trailer - $1300 (Near Mercer)

    1993 Fibco Camper Trailer.
    ...
I have pulled it with my Mirage and it has a 1.2 Liter 3 cylinder engine (1200 cc) I have moved on to bigger campers and no longer need this.
    But how much bigger??

    I love those little campers!

Not the exact model, but they do something like this:

After watching a few 'livin in mah van' videos on the youtubes I started looking around for a van to build out. Now I'm thinking that the Mirage might be big enough if I take out all but the drivers seat and build a platform.

Keep in mind, you'd need to bypass the seat airbag and occupancy sensor if you still want to have functional airbags for yourself. This "friend" I know has done it for other vehicles once or twice, the same idea should apply to the Mirage.
It is definitely doable though. But it isn't easily/quickly reversible.

I bet it would be far easier to find a 13 passenger van and remove all the seats behind the driver's and passenger front. Tons of room. I also thought about a smaller used box truck, like uhaul size.

When I was younger without any dependants and spouse I was very close to buying a Ford cargo van and making it livable. Then travelling the warmer areas of the country working in places I wanted to stay for awhile. Wal-Mart allows overnight parking. Planet fitness is all over for 20 per mo you can shower shave workout etc

    Found another gem:

    Warren MI: 2018 lees-Ure lite - $3400

I am selling my 2018 LEES-URE LITE motorcycle camper like new with no rips or tears in canvas tires like new super lite ( can be pulled with any small vehicle ) call 586-217-1332
Though I see no Mitsubishi Mirage in the ad, at least it's made in Canada and all weights & measures are medieval as foama would say.

Something like this could save someone from ripping their interior apart for sleeping space. Just don't ask if the Mirage can tow it.
