Question 2015 Headlight how to adjust?

Does anyone here has a DIY or a HOW to adjust the headlight beam?

I lost my manual so i couldnt check for any reference.

I just changed to HID low, but i think the beam is too high so i wanted to lower it and also i noticed that the beam is not focused its like spread out.

    anyone?

That thread has a link to a post on how to adjust the 'old' headlight. I posted that link in the hopes of covering all those bases for you.

I'm not sure if you have read those threads yet. I found them by doing a quick search of the forum.

    Thanks @Eggman
    i was just wondering...

does the beam really have something like this when you face the wall like a diagonal light

sorry i dont have any pics right now but this is how it look using paint.

the black line represents the horizontal line of the beam and the diagonal is somewhat seen when facing the wall while i was adjusting the lights.

I'm afraid I'm not a good person to ask. My headlights are the factory halogen lamps and they work great. I turn on the headlight switch and they illuminate the road ahead for me just fine. I have no need to go through the expense of replacing them or changing them to another form illumination.

    So far so good.

You can try to make a side by side comparison between the stock halogen bulb and HID bulb and observe the filament location. The reflector housing is optimized for halogens. I have observed that the design of the reflector is based on a parabola (conic section).

The beam pattern is inherent on the design the reflector. The upward beam off to the side is accentuated with the use of more powerful bulbs, e.g., HID and LED. So, most will suggest to use HID's on Projector-type housings to properly disperse the light.

i also noticed the same pattern prior replacing to HID but with the OEM bulbs it wasnt that much visible unlike with the HIDs the diagonal line is much noticeable and longer.
