Question MITASU CVT FLUID FE 100% for Mirage 2012 CVT?

I just found out I should change the transmission fluid frequently. The car is not under warranty and is at 60K KMs (37.5K miles) with no trans fluid change as yet. There are limited CVT fluid options in PK (import is not possible for me right now), so far my research of previous posts recommend:
    1. Amsoil - supply not available for 60 days
    2. Valvoline - discontinued in PK
    3. Liqui Moly Tec 1400 - I am not sure about this since the fluid is for both J4 and J1 and apparently the additives would be different and impact the transmission.

While searching I found that MITASU CVT FE is available in 1 Ltr bottles, product linked below

Would appreciate if someone could verify that the MITASU is safe to use?

It appears according to the web page it meets J4 specs so I'd use it. We had another member in Pakistan that had trouble sourcing CVT fluid awhile back and I believe they ordered Amsoil and waited but if this is readily available then why not?

Thanks for confirming this! I saw the Mitsubishi DQ J4 spec on this oil but needed a second opinion.

Follow up question: drain+pan drop should be enough? Or is there something further to replace oil
