The airbag system is connected to the car's ETACS (Electronic Time and Alarm Control System). It's possible that the car isn't starting because the ETACS detected the collision and isn't letting it start until the SRS system is functioning normally?

I'd work on that B1001 (airbag) code first...

If you have spark and fuel it the immobilizer probably isn't the problem. The car will run and drive with blown airbags. I've done it but anything is possible. I'd check for damaged wiring(at throttle body, and at trans dipstick tube) and broken sensors, plugs etc...
I had one here that hit a deer with similar looking damage, it cracked the intake in half and broke the plug for the throttle body I didn't see the cracked intake til I pulled the engine. It broke along the seam at the flange on the head. That wouldn't explain all your codes but it might be worth taking a look?

It appears this vehicle doesnt have compression. Tested it today. Name: 20180503_201935.jpg

    That is very odd.

I had no compression after swapping the camshaft in my Metro (hyrdaulic lifters over-filled and kept the valves open... but it only took a few minutes to return to normal).

I wish I had something constructive to say.

Is it like that for every cylinder? Pull the oil cap and see if the timing chain moves when you crank it over.(might need 2 people for that)

    I know it's been a while. Update

The current engine has no compression. I have purchased a used engine from LKQ Auto - 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2L Engine Motor OEM 24K Miles (LKQ~155441721) for $414 + 71.50 shipping.

I have also purchased a new radiator from the same company. It cost me $150

    Copart purchase - https://www.copart.com/lot/50830337

    Engine Link
    (https://www.ebay.com/itm/2015-Mitsub...53.m1438.l2649)

    Total cost thus far:

    vehicle $1650 + copart fee(s) $613
    3 sparkplugs = $14.97
    Used Engine - $413 + $71.50 shipping cost
    Radiator - $150

    total - $2911.47

    Savings so far avg 2015 price @ $7,745 - 2911.47 = $4834.03
