It’s funny. I’ve convinced 3 or 4 people to buy them too. Lol

The more I drive the thing the more I love it.

I was going 80 down the turnpike without an issue, doesn't even sway like my sisters 15 does! Two big dudes in the car too!

I received 50.8MPG on my trip avg going to work this morning.

I filled it up for $15. The tank average for 320 miles was 43.6 mpg..

    It's fun to drive...

If I have to complain about ONE thing, its the fact that the clutch has no feel, but either way is extremely easy to shift and shift perfectly smooth. That, and like alot of cheap cars, the shifter is notchy.

I ordered the clutch switch and new brake switch for adding OEM cruise too.

Did some research at a local junkyard with a fubar G4.

From all the previous deductions and now harness confirmation, I am 95% sure if I get a cruise steering wheel harness and button set from a 14/15 or maybe even a later one, my base 18 wheel will work.

The delete plate just unscrews, and the harness plug which in a base just has the horn ground, is the same as a 14/15.

    Soooooo

I took my sisters 14/15 cruise switch out and it will 100% fit and look right.

But the even better news is this.

The 18s have the cruise wiring already.

Here is my sisters 2015 RF.

Once I confirm this all works, I will make a forum post with the information. I have access to a etacs computer also.

Also, I personally don’t like the 18+ console front storage thing with the USB in it. It’s a subcompact car, I’ll take all the storage I can get. So at the junkyard I grabbed one of normal 14-17 console cubby’s.

Grabbed a 3 foot USB extension, some GAF tape, and ran the USB up to the glove compartment like it should be. The clips are even still there. Lol

Oh and I ordered a Cruise Switch, so we should find out if this works fairly soon.
