Question Trunk size problem (2014 up) Mirage Vs Mirage G4

Hi everyone, I am interested in getting a Mirage or Mirage G4. I do rideshare for Uber and Lyft so sometimes passengers have quite a lot of luggages. I just wonder which will be better for fitting in a luggage. Originally I am not considering Mirage because it does not have a trunk but at the same time, as it is a hatchback, it might be able to fit in a luggage upright. I am not sure if the trunk size of mirage g4 is good for luggages.... but the mirage g4 has more leg room.....hard to decide. I am now stuck with my 2003 Lancer but it is almost time for me to switch. Galant is nice but it uses too much gas for me....Thanks for reviewing my question!

The cargo space in the hatch isn't bad, but for the role the car will play I'd go with the G4. Plus, I think rideshare customers would prefer to see a sedan anyway.

The trunk on the G4 is pretty big.

Post of the month! I know the month is young, but that's gonna be tough to beat.

It's interesting to note, it's a small car in the US, but really only compared to other current small cars. Ask someone if a Corolla is bigger than a Mirage, and they will say that yes, it is. However, park a Corolla/Prism from the mid to late 1990's beside a 2017 Mirage, and the Mitsubishi is bigger.

It's a stark example of how cars keep getting bigger in the US. I wish I could find a Metro to park next to, the Mirage would look like a Caprice next to that.

I didn't know we had a post of the month! I'll have to see if I make it. To get a sense of scale, the longhaired man-child pictured is 230 pounds/100 kg, 5'10"/178cm. I -I mean- he had enough room left over in the trunk for another smaller person if said smaller person was friendly enough.

Not really, but sometimes I think we ought to.
