Sorry for the delay guys. Production has been a bit slower than I would like these past few weeks, but parts have been coming along, slowly but surely. Our current eta has been pushed back to late Dec / Early Jan, I'm doing all I can to try to expedite the process.

I'll work on having an update for everyone over the next couple weeks.

Many thanks for your continued support, I appreciate it!

You have had materials since July 7, 2018. So, 60-70 days production really means 6 months, got it.

Yah, this is taking a really really long time. Did NST have to mine the aluminum and smelt it themselves?

They received payment on August 28th, 2018. Thats 120 days, proposed production time = 60 days. At what point do I ask for my money back, or get the BBB involved.

I understand the fabricating process but to not keep people informed and updated without being probed is not at all appropriate.

Try not to drool too much.

Can't help but notice you have the exact same pictures of Mirage pulleys on your website.
Hopefully everyone gets what they paid for but it sure looks a little scammy from over here.

In comparison, Loren got his pulley from Malaysia SOONER than expected.

    8/30 - Payment Accepted
    9/3 - Preparation in Progress
    9/13 - Shipped
    9/18 - Delivered by DHL

I chose NST because it is made in the U.S of A. Should I have chosen Works Aluminum instead? Loren is the only one in this forum who have chosen the Works Aluminum pulley.

From my understanding, NST is hit or miss. A quick search showed that.

In what sense - customer service & support, or product funtionality, or... ?
