How to turn off the fog lights?

    Hi everybody,
there are these fog lights (the little lights under the headlights) that are automatically switched on whenever the headlights are off, they are off when the headligts are on. Is there a way to turn them off so that when my headlights are off there would be no light?

Are you referring to the daytime running lights (DRL’s). Some countries require them so they are activated. It is changeable in ETACS.

Couldn't tell you, probably easiest to just pull the bulbs out. The Drl's in our car's(in Canada) turn the high beam headlight with lower voltage(I think) when you put it in gear with a cvt. The little bulbs under the headlight only turn on when you turn the park or headlights on.

ETACS... do a search, a lot of good threads on here about it. Otherwise I would just remove the bulbs if it bothered me that bad. Why does it bother you that they're on?
