    Aparently its even easier to setup Tapatalk than I remember.

    1. Upload a folder to the root directory of the forum.
    2. Click a few things in cPanel
    3. Done

    Correct. The site index is the same for everyone.

    Ads served within the forum itself are different depending on member/non-member.

    I see ads too but I see them pretty much everywhere, especially the 18+ sites. Figured it was normal because internet...

    Yes, that's on the to-do list. But I'll be honest - it won't happen in the immediate future.
