For sure. Going to possibly give it a try, or one of those aftermarket battery "blanket" battery warmers if and when I have a cold weather start up problem in my 2014 Mirage, in -20 C weather. So far so good nothing needed to get started up and driving in 5 winters in the Mirage.

They have battery warmers like that as an oem option on a new Subaru.

Ottawa here, 1st winter with the Mirage, the heater output is fine so far but we haven't hit -20*C or below yet, my feet aren't getting cold when the output is split between windshield/footwell vent location. The engine sounds "tinny" until warmed up, but so does the 2.0L DIT in our Forester XT. The Mirage heated seats on "high" are really strong really quickly, it almost feels like one is sitting right upon the heating elements themselves.

I don't have heated seats in my Mirage, but that's interesting. I find finding the optimal heat setting for the windshield and yourself and your feet to be tricky once it's after -10 C outside. You're still feeling the cold in general riding on a cold winter's night, more I figure than what you would in say a new Camry.

A cold winters day is a cold winter day, no matter what car you drive though when you live in Canada.

I'm sorry I didn't reply earlier... I picked up the little buggy on Tuesday & on the way home I was amazed @ the lights,, I've never had headlights like this before... I could see things I would never see in my truck!!!

    Woohoo, congrats!

I agree, I am quite happy with the lights on the Mirage.
