I used to experience these rattles at cold start but after trying out a different oil filter using the same spec 5w30 oil, I stopped getting those weird startup noise. Interestingly, I figured out that this oil filter is the same being used with the jazz and is 25% taller than oem spec. It is manufactured by Bosch by the way.

I installed the WIX / Filtron OP575 and no more rattle! It would be the same specs filter as you described.
