    I have the standard radio in a 2015. My only complaint is the road noise requires the volume to be turned up to compensate, and then its too loud when vehicle comes to a stop.
    A couple of speakers higher up and closer to the ear would help.

    Why not? There's the iPod under the Media icon - not under Apple Carplay. How is it different from the Radio or CD Player?
