    Amen. It always amuses me when someone is shocked that a brand new item could be broken. My favorite is, "I don't understand, it was working fine yesterday." My response is always the same, "Maam/sir, everything always works before it is broken."

    Glad to hear it was just an uneven pavement issue. If you do find anything broken be sure to get it fixed before you warranty expires. Parts on these cars are super expensive.

    Super expensive? Well, that might be the reason they provide longer warranty than others.

    Glad you figured it out. Rear springs are quite soft, so it wouldn't take much of an uneven surface to throw things off.
    Simplify and add lightness.

    I consider $800 for a new AC compressor to be super duper expensive. I got my AC compressor from a junk yard for less than $100.

    your compressor broke down? Is it under 5 year warranty?

    The warranty expired on my car a long time ago. I have 224,527 miles on my car.
