Speedlab is not promoting it that much, I hear they use the same kit for the civic EK, just with custom brackets and what have you.

Any front brake options to just get bigger rotors?

Aside from runstop's oversized kit, there's not much else really. If you have the pre-facelift gen hatchback, you can have it converted to the larger 2017 rotors. It's a cheaper and more convenient upgrade.

I recently got the front 4-point lower brace, and man, it had really stiffened up the front. Most noticeable is that you feel the wheels are more planted on road imperfections. Before the brace, you'd feel the front wheels float when the car's going through uneven surfaces at high speed. Can't wait to test it out at the next auto-x session.

I didn't look at the list on page one but I just confirmed that these drums do fit a 2015 Mirage and they come with the wheel bearings, abs ring and wheel studs. DYNAMIC FRICTION 36572014 They are painted but the paint falls off if you look at them too hard. If you're into making drums look pretty then you may want to coat them with your favorite shmooh.

So if you're into saving almost $120 on rear drums just get these $82 ones instead of the $138 centric ones.
I recall someone mentioned they had to sand new shoes down to get the drum to fit. I ended up having to back off the e-brake adjuster at the back of the console in order to get the drums on. This was after the bfh didn't work and knocked the inner race off the bearing....

It probably doesn't matter, but did you use Dynamic Friction brake shoes with those drums?

I looked at 2017+ options. They list the Centric & Dynamic Friction for about the same price, but two cheaper options also exist (Raybestos for $45.99 & AC Delco for $56.79). Maybe those are drums only?

I would pay extra for ones with new bearings if that is the case. Hopefully, rear drums don't have to be changed that often. May as well do the bearings at the same time.

They also list the Centric drums as fitting 14-19. They fit 14-15.
I used RS parts shoes. Never heard of them but they were the same price as the raybestos. We had both on the shelf. I'll use raybestos next time.
Raybestos lists a drum for the 17-and newer Mirages for under $50. The pic shows it with the bearing and studs. So far it believe the only bare drum I know of has been the cheaper centric model for the 14-15 CENTRIC 12246026. Iirc they did have a picture of it on rock auto with bearing and studs but have since removed the pic from rockauto's site.
