My 2018 G4 ES came with the accessory floor mats and portfolio, $125 on the window sticker
Only other option added was fog lamps.

Fog lamps are definitely on my list of things to acquire. My trailer hitch arrived today! Looking forward to installing that.

Better than the plastic bag I got with my owner's manual back in '15!

If I ever find one of them in a boneyard I am gonna snatch it! My factory carpeted mats were in my car for about a month before the Weather Techs went in. And yes, they used to be standard equipment.

That was standard with my 2018 SE.

How do you like your weather tech mats? Good fit on your Mirage? Something I have considered but the hesitation stems from for one thing the fit, also wish I had got the rubber floor mats from day one. My '14's carpet floor mats have seen better days for sure.

They fit well, and they at least partially cover that carpeted area where the clutch petal would be. I think they have a different model for Automatic versus Manual transmissions for that reason.

The biggest advantage is that they just cover more of the floor than the all-weather mats, which is really nice for winter, as those stupid salt stains don't come out.

I have a G4 but definitely recommend weathertech floor mats. Have never been disappointed with there fit in any of my vehicles.
Was ordered as soon as I purchased the car. I went with the Mitsubishi accessory cargo tray for the trunk as was cheaper to start plus could get another 20% off.. catches excess water from the kayak...
yup you can put a 16' kayak in the trunk of a G4

Thanks all, I should order a set for my Mirage. I should have got them from day one. Cheers!

They didn't ask if I had a stick or auto when I bought mine. But they fit good. They just don't cover the "dead pedal" area as much as they should so I'll probably get one of the cheap black rubber mats and cut it up to cover that one small spot.

The trunk rubber accessory floor mat would be handy, especially if you are like me and haul whatever in my Mirage, including yard debris. No mat will 100% cover all the carpet in the car but mats of the rubber kind would really help.

Haven't thought of a more useful accessory either, except maybe fog lights, like you say.
