Yes, those are picks of the new ones I had purchased from the Alibaba distributor in China. There are two codes that apply to the same injector: 1465A331 and KMN230B (both clearly visible on the injector itself). Either will get you to the same place. Now what is the difference between the two numbers, not a clue.

Just for the info, here is a picture of an injector from a 1.0L 3A90 engine, with all the numbers visible.
To me it seems to be the same sort as in the 1.2L 3A92:

Wow, same numbers in the same sequence. Those are identical, by my judging (for what its worth).

They flow like 150-190. You can actually buy Nissan's VQ engine injectors and they bolt right up. Granted that engine is v6, so the flow rate is somewhere in the 400 range which is way more than stock. Which is great for those going boosted.

I got the injectors from Qrush. Big thanks to you sir!

I looked them over. It appears they are Bosch injectors. I would have guessed they were Denso.

This morning I emailed DeatschWerks about the fuel injectors. When I was emailing a bunch of places looking to see if anyone knew the injector specs, I had emailed them. I got a really nice reply from a guy there who basically said he didn't know what the specs were, but if I wanted to send them injectors that he would test them for free. This morning I emailed him saying I now have a set and would like to send them to him.

I sent the injectors off to them shortly after the last message I posted up. I just got a call from them today. The testing is done and they are shipping the injectors back along with the report. I'll share info as soon as I get it.

Alright, I got a package from DeatschWerks last night! They pack everything up nice for you after testing is done.

Inside was my paper report, the injectors, and some 'super lube synthetic grease with PTFE'. Not sure what the grease is for, but it was a heck of a lot nicer than what I sent them out in.

And now... the moment you've all been waiting for, the flow test!

I am a bit surprised myself. A static flow (100% duty cycle) rating of 233 cc/min seems quite large for our engine. Theoretically, this will support around 133 horsepower (102hp if running real rich)! OEMs, I've read, like to stay below 80% duty cycle, so this puts us at 168 cc/min which supports a quite respectable 96 horsepower (that is a 23% increase over stock). Needless to say, there is quite a bit of headroom in the injector flow rates which is great news for anyone wanting to do some mods that require a bit more fuel (like my nitrous oxide project).

I'd like to give a big thanks to DeatschWerks for doing this testing for free! They typically charge $13 per injector plus shipping back to you. They didn't charge me anything at all. So, I thought I'd give them a plug here on MF. They also sell all sorts of fuel system components from injectors, to pumps, fuel lines, regulators, and more I'm sure.

So, the number KMN230B stamped on the injector probably means 230cc.

    Good stuff!
