    I mean like brands and variety of bulbs (colors, lumens). There's not much for D2S style, which is why a lot of people convert to D4S for more options (like the Phillips D4S 85122 or the Osram Night Breaker). For LED, have you tried before? They make LED conversion kits specifically for projector housings, it's not the same as reflector housings.

    How come yours came with D4s and not the D5s which is what ours came with? Does the D4s and D5s have identical or similar mounts?

    Good question. I would love to see a pic of your setup. There are definite differences between a 4 and 5.

    Ours already has the ballast integrated to the bulb altogether, the ballast of which fits exactly to the shape of the huge housing cover same as what yours have.

    I haven't cracked mine open yet, but i'll try to look for the photos my friend sent me when he was replacing his 2017's projector hid bulb.

    D5s's are quite dimmer than its previous versions (D2s and D4s which are rated at 35W), yet very expensive and has limited aftermarket options, in fact, only Morimoto has these bulbs aside from the OE brand Philips.
