    2019: ES = 14" steel, LE = 15" alloy, SE = 14" alloy, & GT = 15" alloy. The 2017-18 were the same, but the LE didn't exist. I believe the two G4 trim levels are 14" or 15".

Personally, I don't mind the look of any of the Mirage factory alloy wheels.
    Correct.

What's a good deal? I have no clue what the market looks like for stock wheels. It'd come with factory tires with about 17k miles on them (wear is perfect and even on all tires).
I'm definitely interested. Send me a PM and let me know what you're thinking for price and all that jazz.

I'm mistaken, the G4 alloys are 5.5" width. I took these myself at my local Mitsubishi dealer.

The GTs are 4.5, like the steel wheels.

195/40R17 or 195/45R16. I didn't confirm if the circumference is the same for the speedometer, but it should be "close enough" (doesn't really matter anyways if I can adjust the diameter in ETACS). Online calculators suggest they will fit the wheel wells both in diameter and in depth. I'm not concerned about ride quality difference but I hope it's not as "wagon wheel" looking as some cars with massive wheels.

Are you sure? I mean I haven't looked at the wheel specifically but the GT does have a wider section tire than the other models (175/55R15).

I just wanted to comment on the username, the Aries K was a good car. My ex wife had a new 1988 Aries and it was economical, reliable and fun to drive. Incredibly good in the snow. And she wasn't easy on it, either. Do you have an Aries or Reliant K?

I'm pretty sure all 15" Mirage wheels are this size...

    A 15 x 4.5" wheel would be insane...even for Mitsubishi.

Interesting. According to everything online the GT wheels are +40mm Offset. I wonder if that's "the same" as 38, or if they are different. If only it wasn't wet outside I'd go crawl under my car and see if it's stamped with the same number...

Well...let's split the difference and call it 39mm. Either way, an OEM 15x5" wheel has too much offset (whether it's 38 or 40) and sits too far under the fenders...in my opinion.

Go with a 15x6.5" aftermarket wheel with a 40mm offset for maximum visual impact and no rubbing issues.

I'm not aware of anyone that has successfully done this. I just remember someone posting that ETACS has a predefined set of circumference values you can choose from. For what it's worth, I run 185-55-15" tires that are 23" in diameter, and the speedometer error is so minor (2.5%) you can't tell it's off at all.

I apologize for my incorrect information. When I Google the various trim levels, 4.5" rims come up. I thought everything on line is true!

Apparently, there are variations in width. A 4.5" wide rim can easily handle a 145-175 width tire. 165-185 seem to be the most logical tire widths to run without modifications. A 5" wide rim +/- 0.5" is a good size for the Mirage. I don't find 4.5", 5", or 5.5" to be odd at all. Sadly, most aftermarket rims are 6"+, which is more rim than necessary for this small car.
