    Hi,
I am writing from Italy, unfortunately there is not much information here and few have this car.
our mirage has a problem, for a few months the engine warning light comes on. When it is cold at a minimum and at low revs a cylinder feels that it is not regular. The computer detects failed ignition cylinder 3. Have reversed the coil 3 with the 2, after a few days light on again, the computer detects failed ignition cylinder 3.
On petrol the failure is less, and the warning light goes off when the vehicle is switched off, the LPG is often on.
The spark were replaced 6 months ago with the DENSO FK20HR11, now it's very cold, will these sparke be fine?
I like NGK, but maybe FK16HR11 is needed?
I do not understand why you can mount both.
In this forum I saw that the compression ratio is much higher than ours, which is about 6.
    Thanks… sorry for my english...

So your car is able to run both propane/lpg and gas/petrol? What were the codes causing the check engine light? Did it just say missfire on cylinder 3 or ignition coil circuit? If you're running lpg I'm assuming you'd be running hotter plugs, I'm sure there is a thread on this forum about lpg that has more information than I can give. It is possible to burn valves or valve seats with propane if the cylinder head isn't built or modified to run lpg. Have you done a compression test? One cylinder is much lower the rest or if they are all lower then you've got mechanical problems.

Maybe foama will reply, he seems to know about conversions more than me.

    Yes, LPG and petrol.
Error codes I have not seen them on the pc. I saw cylinder 3 failed to turn on.
What it means: "If you're running lpg I'm assuming you'd be running hotter plugs"
Another workshop did the compression test and 2 cylinders are low. We have never done the adjustment of the valves, we hope that is the problem.
The light that comes on cold I think an electrical problem.

I have moved your post to a new topic to get a bit better visibility to your issue.

Hellstens is also running LPG on his Mirage. He talks a little about it here:

    https://mirageforum.com/forum/showth...Driving-on-LPG

He does say that the spark plugs were changed.
Custom Mirage products: Cruise control kit, Glove box light, MAF sensor housing, Rear sway bar, Upper grill block

Current project: DIY Nitrous oxide setup for ~$100

I replaced the spark plugs, from the DENSO FK20HR11 to the NGK FK16HR11 the problem of the engine warning light is solved, the engine is now fine.
I think you have to adjust the valves, have you adjusted them?
    Thank you.

While the service manual describes the valve adjustment procedure, I don't recall anyone here has had it done.

Good to know that new spark plugs fixed your problem. Here's hoping it doesn't come back.

    Ok for the valves.
Yes, I think those candles were too cold, in fact on the Denso site if you enter our car suggests you both the 16 and the 20, to avoid mistakes I preferred NGK.
    Thank you.
What engine do you have? A90?

3A92 1.2L. It's the only engine available in North America.
