Iīve got myself a solution for my rear spring problem.
The Space Star/Mirage Eibach springs could not handle the rear axle weight of the Attrage.
So i drove around with the stock springs in the rear. Now i found a set of Eibach springs for
the Skoda Fabia MK2 Station Wagon. These springs are nearly the same lenght and diameter
as the Space Star/Mirage Springs, but can handle 150 kilogramm ( 330 pound ) more Axle weight.

They fit perfect, ride good and stiff but only lower the rear around 5 mm ( 0,2 inch ).

Next i got some camber bolts and a set of universal front sway bar brackets and bushings.
My front sway bar has 18 mm diameter, so i orderd 18mm bushings from Super Pro.

    Parts Numbers are:
    Brackets: SPF0984K
    Bushings: SPF1450-18K

You can get the bushings in other different diameters. The brackets will clear the steering fine.
Now i wait for my polyurethan sway bar end link Bushings.

    Current front axle setting:
    2° camber
    0,5° toe out

Lets see how this contraption will handle at the next Auto Cross event in 5 days.

    Itīs time for an update:

For the last trackday last year, before another 5 month long lockdown over winter, i borrowd
a set of very used silverstone semi slicks with Lenso wheels from a friend.

I had a blast and enough time over the long winter to think about the next track days.

But thanks to covid, our 2021 season started just 2 months ago.

So i bought myslef a set of used Dotz Zandvoort in 6,5x15 ET38.
And i found a used set of Nankang NS2R in 195/50R15.

Combined together they make a nice trackday set. I use my Bridgestone Potenza summer tyres
for wet conditions. And on out first testing this year, it was wet.

I have now 3 sets of tyres:
    stock wheels with winter tyres
Drag Wheels DR9 on Bridgestone summer tyres
and the Nankang semi slicks on the Dotz wheels

    185 Bridgestone and 195 Nankang

The Dotz wheels are looking nice on the Attrage/G4

Unfortunately, i could only once participate in one trackday this year.
I hope that my home trackday in september dont get cancelled.
    Letīs wait and see.

And a video from our test day. At minute 5:03 , iīm for 20 seconds in it

Rest in pieces DAOX sway bar.
    January 2020 - November 2021

    After 9000 kilometers / 5600 miles

At least it broke on the way to work, and not on the race track.

Sorry to see your daox bar broke so soon - mine was the same, though.

UltraRacing makes a sway bar as well, which might even be stiffer than daox's. The welds are sloppy as hell, and the powdercoat it comes with is pretty trash, but if you get it stripped and recoated somewhere with a proper zinc underlayer it should probably last.

At least, that's what I did to mine. Just holding out hope it lives a little longer.
