Need help: steering wheel audio remote control problem

Hi everybody, I woud like to connect a remote audio control to the steering wheel of my Spacestar, but it doesn't work. I think there could be some connection problem. Searching on web I found some instruction, but I need a serious help to solve this problem.

I'm not an expert, but I suspect you may have to enable the feature in the car's computer (ETACS).
