I have no idea, most shops I use to paint match just ask for a part from the car like the gas door or little cover for the front tow point on the bumper cover. That way it doesn't look so odd with new painted parts next to old faded paint.

I was gonna say that lol. But I thought there was some magic paint code the dealer and bodyshops used to mix the paint like 2 drops of orange, 1 drop of red pearl. I don't get out much.
