    Thanks,
Hello HarleyMan and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on your new purchase.

I have a some questions and some suggestions:
    1. Why did you choose a Mirage?
    2. How did you hear about our forum, and was the forum an influence?
    3. If you have the automatic climate control, consider shutting off the automatic A/C to save your compressor from being used all the time.
    4. Get your alignment checked by your first oil change. Adjustments and repairs are much easier under the first year of ownership.

    Again, welcome.

I had a similar size car before trading it in for a mirage g4. My oil pump seize up and had to to get something fast. I know very little about mirage or mitb.

Quick google search is how I found the forum

I’ll keep that in mind. I’m guess these cars have issues with ac

I’ll have them look it over at the first oil change. I have a big warranty.

Well, I wouldn't say that these cars have problems with the AC. For all the members here, not many have reported compressor problems. In fact, I'm pretty sure about half of reported problems with AC have been coils damaged by road debris. I suggested turning off the auto AC for three reasons: 1) to save wear and tear on the compressor, 2) to improve fuel economy and 3) to improve throttle response.
