I would have to run an instrument (like a scangauge) on the coolant to ensure the coolant temp did not constantly increase ... but I'm guessing it would hit a manageable max and no longer climb. My contention is a Mirage should be able to run 105 mph for as long as it meets the requirements of the first sentence and has gas. With probably little to no side effect.
I had mine to 112 on the Bonneville Salt Flats this last summer. The last 30mph take ffoorrever.

In Atlanta, you have to be over 70 mph on our highways so my Mirage is constantly @ 3k rpms. Hope the little 3A92 can hold up lol.

I wish someone had told me this before I drove through Atlanta the last 10 times on I-85 / I-285 / I-75 in my Plymouth Scamp at 55 - 60 mph...

Hold up, you're from the ATL and you don't realize the majority of drivers are doing over 70mph on 285 and over 75mph on 85/75? I think we are living in 2 different metro areas lol. Atlanta is extremely dangerous, chock full of idiotic drivers lol.

LOL, Here in Florida you can be doing 15 over and people will still pass you looking pissed off for holding them up. I’ve had times where I’ve been doing 80 in a 70 on my bike and had cops pass me and not even give me a second look.

Oh, I realize. But I don't give a ... care. I'm not running 4,000+ rpm in my Scamp with a 360 V8 just to keep up with traffic. To be honest, I've had 0 problems running 55 to 60 mph through Atlanta in the Scamp. Instead I get waves and thumbs up etc.

I just stay over to the right and out of the way as much as possible and have had no problems. In my other vehicles I run 70 - 75 through Atlanta. But what's really scary is, my Honda Rebel 250 will only do 72 mph. And I can be rolling 72 mph on that thing through Atlanta and have a Malibu, Chrysler 200, or V6 Charger go slamming by paint-striping me at 95 mph, with a tiny little head barely able to see over the steering wheel and weaving through traffic, on 3 "rims," one spare wheel on a donut, 3 maypops and probably with no insurance either. Now that is scary.
