Very nice! That's good information for all of the G4 members.

I had no idea you guys were right here in town. Just south of Tempe Marketplace, wow! Was the company named after the road your HQ is on, or the other way around?

I don't have your system in my Mirage, but maybe one day I'll upgrade, after I do some sound deadening.

The sound deadening won't be needed if you install the RF kit.

Cool to have the RF rep on board. Group buy?

I was very much into car audio in the past and still have one of my high end amps stored away, an Audison vrx400. Maybe it should find it's way into the mirage one day.

I remember buying FM converters from Kmart in the 70's and adding them to my dad's AM radios (Chevy Impala & pickup truck), & I thought that was cool. That was probably considered quite lame even back then!

I have a question. There is a cat5 port on the amp. What would plug into that? I figure it's for a remote to adjust the level of the subwoofer.

The kit was developed using the only radio available at that time (a base radio). This means that all amps are programmed with the tuning for that radio. Any radios that were available later got their own tuning and we maintain a library for Mitsubishi dealers to select and download the correct tuning file, and load that file into the amp.

So, please install your kit, load the right tune in there and turn up the volume knob!

    Best,
    Dan
Dose this mean that the G4 kit comes tuned for the standard mirage radio and needs the new settings for the G4 loaded?
Or was that statement only for the mirage kits?

That was planned for a remote but the product was not developed.

Yes, G4 kit comes tuned with standard Mirage H/B tuning. It will need new settings loaded.
