1/59 scale toy Mitsubishi Mirage by Takara Tomy

My Mirage toy car I ordered from amazon arrived the other day. Came by snail mail, all the way from Japan, to Canada.

I like it, sometimes I regret what I order on amazon on a whim, but this toy is so cool.

Identical to my real live car. Not thunder grey but that's ok.

The dinky car is quite realistic, even the interior is a scale reproduction of the original. Very pearl-looking sparkly paint. The rear hatch opens and closes, doors stay shut. They really did a good job on this one.

If you flip the toy over, the bottom says "Mitsubishi Mirage 2012"

That's cool, you got one in Japan eh? They must have a lot of selection at that store.

I have a tractor from the same toy company, I also got on amazon on an indie seller. My scale tractor is even more detailed. Shipped all the way from Japan and wrapped in the local Japanese language newspaper.

1/59 Nissan Skyline is my next purchase, or the shark tank transport truck.

Japan must be a neat place to visit, I've always been interested in Japan.
