Bearings in drums (mechanic installed backwards)

Took my bearing to a mechanic recently to be pressed into my new drums, they pressed one in backwards. What kind of problems will this cause if any? Is it worth taking back?

Mitsubishi probably put them in the way they did for a reason, but the first thing I would do is see if everything goes back together. If not, there is your answer.

    Just curious...

Did you have a bearing go bad or are you just installing new drums that didn't have bearings?

It's possible your abs won't work now. I'm pretty sure one side of the bearing has a magnet for the abs pickup. Either way it looks like there is a front and back and I wouldn't screw around with one that's installed wrong. If I did that I'd be buying you a new bearing cause I'm an idiot.

Thank you, I will definitely be taking it back in to have installed the right way.
