    Problem (tires rub on arches with passengers)

    My sister inlaw weighs in at 20st & her son 22st ..i can only take 1 of them in my car but still when i go over a bump my tyres rub on the arches..
    What can i do or get to combat this problem..

    I can't help with the problem, but 20 stone = 280 lb & 22 stone =310 lb for reference, just in case the people in reading the thread are not familiar with your weight system & aren't familiar with what a stone weighs... I'm sure there are suspension people here that can direct you to coil overs etc....

    NOTE:
    Mirage is not available in the selection list at Airlift while Amazon will tell this will not fit into the Mirage.

    However, this fitted perfectly into my 2014 Mirage Hatchback

    I would definitely consider a Airlift 1000 kit. It’s relatively inexpensive (around $80us), easy to install and adjustable to the weight you are carrying. The Mirage isn’t listed as an application for this part# but multiple forum members have reported using this kit with no issues.

    @Inuvik ..thanks thats a cheap fixit even with the 60 usd shipping although i have never seen this before so looks like a youtube learning class for me..
